    Sausage Stuffed Peppers!

    Sausage stuffed peppers! Ingredients:  – One Egg – Ground Pork Sausage (or season ground pork) – Large Jalopenoes or Sweet Peppers – Bacon – Coconut Oil (We use refined) Instructions:  Mix meat and egg together (Add any spices you wish to add) Slice peppers length-wise and remove veins and seed! Stuff Peppers with meat mixture Wrap with Bacon Fry in oil bacon seem side down first until crispy. Then use tongs and flip to cook backside! Serve with a vegetable!   Want to lose weight?     Bacon wrapped turkey sausage and kale stuffed peppers with Cauli-mash! That was a mouthful! A delicious, mind blowing, Paleo mouthful! Who knew cauliflower could taste this good? Ingredients: Bell Pepper Jenny-O Turkey Sausage 2 eggs Seasoning (I used Herbs de Provence) 8 strips of bacon Kale (washed and chopped) Garlic Head of Cauliflower (washed and chopped) Butter (for faux-tatoes) Parsley Instructions: Peppers: Mix meat, eggs, kale, seasonings, and garlic in a bowl. Cut bell peppers in half, de-seed and set aside. Add meat mixture to peppers! Lay bacon strips on top! Cook at 375 for about an hour. Cauli-Mash Faux-Tatoes: Boil chopped cauliflower until tender.     Paleo Zucchini Noodle and Sausage Spaghetti!

      Zucchini Noodle and Sausage Spaghetti:  What’s in it:  Zucchini (Sliced using mandolin and knife) Chicken Sausage Garlic cloves sliced Coconut oil (refined) How it’s made:  Cook sausage in about a tsp of coconut oil, remove from pan, slice. Toss zucchini and garlic slices in pan and cook together, pouring off excess water from zucchini as you cook it. Toss everything back in pan. Heat sufficiently.     Kale and Egg Scramble!

      Kale and Egg Scramble Ingredients: Farm eggs (2) Kale Bunch (Cleaned and De-veined) Breakfast Sausage Mushrooms (Optional)   Instructions: Cook breakfast sausage in a pan, drain off any grease. -add mushroom slices and Kale.     Spicy Bratwurst and Zucchini Salad

    Spicy Bratwurst and Zucchini Salad Ingredients: Package of Bratwurst 2 small zucchini pinch red pepper flakes 1 can of corn drained 1/4 cup sun dried tomatoes 1 tbsp crushed garlic olive oil Instructions: Pan fry bratwurst in olive oil. We like to fry it until it is almost done, take it out and let it rest for about 5 minutes, slice it up and re-fry it so it gets a nice slightly crunchy outer layer! Pan fry zucchini and dried tomatoes in olive oil until tender. Add in sausage, canned corn, garlic, pepper, dried tomatoes. Serve over a bed of fresh spinach! ENJOY! Like it? Share comment subscribe!
