You can use any combination of veggies you want. This time I had some beans cooked up in the freezer so I added them and put in a red pepper. I use my own frozen tomatoes instead of canned ones. I use no sodium added tomato paste and low sodium broth. Very tasty!

Turned out really good, but ladies if you don’t have tomato paste I found out ketchup works great as a substitute.
