We were lucky enough to find some wonderful, Paleo friendly restaurants in Northeast Portland that I am dying to tell you about! Mushroom and Zoodle Spaghetti!
This is a favorite in our house! Even the kids eat it without complaining! Thanks to the Paderno World Cuisine A4982799 Tri-Blade Plastic Spiral Vegetable Slicer we can have the same texture as noodles without the grain! Before Paleo we were huge pasta eaters… now we don’t miss it at all and my husband actually prefers zoodles over spaghetti noodles!
