This year the kids and I are participating in a large cookie exchange. We tested TONS of recipes (no one was complaining) and found the perfect ones! These cookies are so simple. This year I had the opportunity to do a little cookie baking with my sisters who are usually away at college. It was great! I love spending time with them and spending time in the kitchen is a bonus! When I was a kid my grandmother used to make Mexican Wedding Cookies every year at Christmas. Since she passed away there haven’t been any made.
