Paleo Zucchini Noodle and Sausage Spaghetti!
Zucchini Noodle and Sausage Spaghetti:
What’s in it:
Zucchini (Sliced using mandolin and knife)
Chicken Sausage
Garlic cloves sliced
Coconut oil (refined)
How it’s made:
Cook sausage in about a tsp of coconut oil, remove from pan, slice.
Toss zucchini and garlic slices in pan and cook together, pouring off excess water from zucchini as you cook it.
Toss everything back in pan. Heat sufficiently. Enjoy.

My husband added a little parmesan cheese to his! It was really good! I got my Paderno slicer in and now I need some more of these recipes to make!!

SOOOO incredibly easy to make! I just LOVE that there are only 3 basic ingredients and the fact that you can modify the gravy to your tastes! We like a ‘HEARTY’ gravy, so I added a little bit more flour for a thicker gravy, plus we LOVE the peppercorn, so in went a few extra ‘dashes’! Plus, I reserved a few tablespoons of fat to give it that ‘down-home-southern’ taste! And finally, if you need more, just double or triple the recipe! I took this to work for the guys, and barely got any for myself!
