    Side dish: Kale and Bacon

    Ingredients: Kale (washed, chopped and de-veined) Bacon (Nitrate and sugar free) Onion Garlic (crushed)  Instructions: Chop and cook bacon with onion until almost crispy. Add Kale and lid.
